====== UPM Message Event ======
This event represents the radio transmitted messages generated from wireless thermometers manufactured by UPM. The event is defined as:


''UPM_Message(Direction, UPM.DeviceCode, UPM.HouseCode, UPM.Temp, UPM.Humidity, UPM.LowBattery)''

  * Direction (In/Out) - specifies if the message is received from outside the server (In) or if it is generated inside and intended for transmission out (Out).
  * UPM.HouseCode House code for the device the message is generated from
  * UPM.DeviceCode Device code for the device the message is generated from
  * UPM.Temp Reported temperature in raw format
  * UPM.Humidity Reported humidity in raw format
  * UPM.LowBattery (0/1) Set to one if the device has low battery
