====== Current State Of The Project ====== NetHome Server has been a background hobby project of mine for a couple of years. I have probably put down in the vicinity of 1000 hours into it, including the hardware hacks. I am running the server at home, controlling lamps, Stereo/TV-devices and measuring temperatures. Some of the modules are quite specific to hardware I have built (the IR-control devices) but most of the things are general and should work everywhere. I am constantly updating the documentation of the modules on this site. I have a very preliminary Release Plan for when I plan to release new features in the system. Currently I am getting contributions and and feedback from other users of NetHomeServer, but so far I am (almost) the only one coding on it. If I find others interested in this I have plans for turning this into an open source project. If you would like to join in, please send a mail. If you like, you can download the server in its current state from the download page The current state of the development can you see on the development blog: http://nethomeserver.blogspot.com/ I can be reached via mail at homeserver at net home dot nu (hopefully you can figure it out but the bots not) /Stefan
