This event represents the radio transmitted messages generated from wireless thermometers manufactured by UPM. The event is defined as:
UPM_Message(Direction, UPM.DeviceCode, UPM.HouseCode, UPM.Temp, UPM.Humidity, UPM.LowBattery)
Direction (In/Out) - specifies if the message is received from outside the server (In) or if it is generated inside and intended for transmission out (Out).
UPM.HouseCode House code for the device the message is generated from
UPM.DeviceCode Device code for the device the message is generated from
UPM.Temp Reported temperature in raw format
UPM.Humidity Reported humidity in raw format
UPM.LowBattery (0/1) Set to one if the device has low battery
